I watched the game, and my only thoughts were U of M was not the expected team to win this year. We were up 21-14 at one point winning and State’s offense was good but not great and the usually on point kicker failed to make 3 field goals. I think that it was a win by my standards! However to the main thought on the blog, I know the feeling of victory when all are on the same team. I think it is truely a great feeling when all types of people are around you and everyone just comes together with excitement no matter who you are. It is a very humbling interaction. It is also a great viewpoint to remember. We should all go around and just high five someone! GO BLUE!

Yea, my husband was definately jumping up and down when sparty’s started to win…He’s hilarious when it comes to watching his Spartans play. Him being an alumni…he gets pretty into the games. “I bleed Green” is what he says..lol!!!

My sister and I are rivals…she likes UofM and I love Green&White.
She lives in a different state and we kept calling and texting each other all day….we were so excited to be playing against each other. She says she never thought for a minute that we would win but I knew in my heart, as LG says, this was our year! My neighbors (whom are in their 60s) came to my door asking “Is everything all right? We keep hearing all of this screaming and running around and want to make sure you are ok”! I informed them yes, everything is PERFECT! State just kicked the crap out of Michigan! What more could we ask for? I know me and all of my Green & White’s are going to be SPARTYING ON FOR EVER!!!!!

Oh– The thrill of victory! My Tennessee Titans are undefeated and will play in Nashville tonight against the Colts. Monday night football-wish I could be there! (tickets are OUTRAGEOUS!) Our local high school is undefeated this year too and my daughter being a senior is thrilled! Cheering for a team who wins is the best.
