As the Unilever’s, Procter & Gamble’s and L’Oreal’s of the world jockey for market position globally, the question is which brand in their arsenal will be hot in 2010.
Here are your choices:
1. TIGI (Bedhead, Catwalk, Rockaholic)
2. MATRIX (Biolage)
3. REDKEN
4. PAUL MITCHELL
5. SEBASTIAN
6. None of the above
Thanks for voting!
Happy Thursday!
6 and kemon will still continue to create a loyal culture based on great principles
I vote 6- at least I hope our industry will finally wake up and practice what they preach. They all complain that these brands are in every outlet (drug and grocery stores/targt) and that they want something that is not in those public outlets yet when they have the opportunity to do so they complain that they can’t sell it because no brand recognition.
It’s time to keep the money we make and spend in Michigan- in Michigan and not the corporate dogs that are prisoner to the New York Stock Exchange.
6. None of the above!!!!!!
None of those are “hot”. Reading that list is like reading a bedtime story: YAWN… TIGI, though, can be hot this year in international markets, because of those listed it’s the only brand with any sense of style, passion, or culture. And one thing America is good at exporting is our culture.
Восхитительно

Отлично написано. А главное хорошо разжевано.
Занятно! Реально просто отлично написано. 🙂
Классная статья – спасибо
Redken will always ne popular because of the name recognition. I disagree with kemon. It doesn’t turn true to swatch.
Kemon colors are beautiful and rich, with amazing coverage. Unfortunately, unless you’re coloring pure white hair, that has never been colored before, you’re going to have to assume that no color line will “turn true to swatch”. That’s what makes us hairstylists artists-we formulate and create with the help of swatches.
I have to say as a 25 year old women who loves beauty products and getting her hair done, Redken to me is VERY 80’s. NOthing exciting comes from a brand that has looked the same for about 20 years.
Women want what they don’t want to go to a salon and pay top dollar for a product they can buy and use from a shelf from Meijer or target. If that’s the case WHY EVEN GO TO A SALON!?
I choose 6 also! I just had HD put on my hair and the shine is now 2wks and counting! Nothing like I have ever seen!!!
Correction, take out the “want what they” in the second paragraph……. 🙂
